How many rooms are there at The Crawford?
The Crawford Hotel offers a collection of 112 beautiful rooms and lofts that celebrate the proud history of Denver Union Station and the finest aspects of modern urban living.
What time is Check In and Check Out?
Check-in time at The Crawford is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Accommodations for an early check-in or late check-out time can be made upon availability.
What do I need in order to check in?
Upon arrival, all guests will need a credit card and a valid form of ID in order to check in.
Where do I check in?
The Crawford front desk is located inside Denver Union Station on the north end of the Great Hall.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be received by 4:00 pm MST 2 days (48 hours) prior to arrival to avoid the fee of one night's room and tax.
I need to make changes to my reservation. Who should I contact?
If you made your reservation through a third party (Expedia, HotelTonight, etc.) you will need to contact the booking agent/website that you went through in order to make any changes. If you booked through The Crawford’s website, or made your reservation by calling the hotel, please contact a reservations agent at 844.432.9374.
Do you provide ADA-compliant accommodations?
Yes, we do offer accessible rooms. To reserve an accessible room, please email email@example.com or call 720.460.3924 and we will be happy to assist you.
Does the hotel allow smoking?
The Crawford Hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel. A fee of $500 per night will be applied if smoking is detected.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Yes! The Crawford Hotel would love to welcome your dog. There is a $50 per night pet clean-up fee.
What are your health and safety precautions to ensure a safe stay for guests?
The safety and wellbeing of our guests, associates, and community are of the utmost importance to us. We continue to closely monitor all industry and government guidance and direction regarding COVID-19, including information supplied by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), City of Denver, and the State of Colorado.

What is the Destination Amenity Fee?
The Destination Amenity Fee is $27 per night plus tax and is your ticket to the shops and restaurants at Union Station. It includes a small drip coffee at the Pigtrain Coffee Shop, a scoop of ice cream at the Milkbox Ice Creamery and a craft beer from Terminal Bar during their happy hour from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. It also includes a discount at many of the retailers inside the station and rides within two miles of the hotel in our courtesy Tesla.
Are there other amenities that I can have delivered to my room?
Yes. We would be happy to provide you with additional amenities to make your stay extra special. We offer a variety of options such as floral arrangements, champagne, cookies and milk, a charcuterie board from Mercantile Dining and Provisions, and many others. Does The Crawford Hotel provide room service?
Yes, The Crawford has the unique opportunity to serve room service from a few restaurants in Union Station. We serve Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, starting at 7:00 am, ACME Pizzeria from 11:30 am - 10:30 pm, Next Door American Eatery until 10:00 pm, and beverages from Terminal Bar between 11:00 am and midnight. Room service can be ordered through the in-room iPad.
Questions By Our Guests
Does the hotel accommodate photography and photo shoots?
All photo shoots of Denver Union Station must be approved at least five business days prior to the shoot. If you’re interested in photographing within Denver Union Station, please fill out our Permission To Film Request Form, and return to firstname.lastname@example.org for approval. If you’re looking to photograph solely within The Crawford Hotel, please reach out to email@example.com. Photography at Denver Union Station is permitted Sunday to Wednesday from 1pm to 3pm.
How do I retrieve a lost item?
Please contact security at firstname.lastname@example.org or (303) 319-8341 if you have lost an item in the following locations: The Great Hall, public bathrooms, AMTRAK, or other public spaces.
Guests of The Crawford can inquire about a lost item by filling out our lost and found form.
Does the hotel offer gift cards?

Transportation and Parking
What is The Crawford’s address?
The Crawford Hotel is located inside Denver Union Station at 1701 Wynkoop Street. Denver CO, 80202.
I’m coming from the Airport, what is the best way to get to the hotel?
There are a few ways to get to The Crawford from Denver International Airport. We recommend taking the University of Colorado A Line, as it drops you off directly behind the hotel. If you are driving please visit our Directions page for information on to get to the hotel from Denver International Airport. Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are also reliable modes of transportation to and from the hotel. If you need help signing up for Uber, our trained staff at Union Station would be happy to assist — they can even order one for you and charge it to your room!

Is parking available at the hotel?
The Crawford provides valet parking available at the front entrance of Union Station located on Wynkoop and 17th street. Overnight parking is $58 per vehicle.
Due to garage restrictions, we are unable to park the following: vehicles exceeding clearance of 6’ 6”, motorcycles, vehicles with trailers, large bike racks, or storage attachments, or the Chevy Bolt.
Do you have a house car?
Yes! The Crawford Hotel is happy to offer you a ride within two miles of the hotel with our courtesy vehicle. This service is available Thursday through Sunday from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you're interested in reserving our courtesy car, please let our front desk agents know and they will assist you.

What is there to do in the area?
The Crawford Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the LoDo (lower downtown) neighborhood. More specifically, the hotel can be found inside Denver Union Station — a hub transportation, shopping and dining. Interested in learning more? Is The Crawford a historic hotel?
The hotel was built in 2014, but the building in which we are located was first built in 1881. The renovation kept many of the historic features of Denver Union Station intact — several of which are currently on display. Want to learn more? Questions About Our Revitalization
What is changing?
Newly remodeled guest rooms, luxury arrival experience, and private elevator access to guest floors are amongst the renovations to commemorate The Crawford’s 10th anniversary.
When will it be done?
New guest rooms will be unveiled by the end of April. Denver Union Station’s Great Hall, Cooper Lounge, and 8,000 square feet of meeting & event space will reinvigorated by mid-May, 2024.
Why are we doing this?
Inspired by the journey and in tandem with the extensive refresh of Denver Union Station, The Crawford Hotel commemorates its 10 year anniversary with an elevated revitalization.
How will it affect me?
During your stay with us, southside doors located adjacent to the train station platform will be closed for the duration of our extensive refresh. Signs will be intentionally located outside of and throughout the building to ensure a seamless check-in process.
